Digital Analogue Synthesiser

The JX-3P was launched as a digitally controlled analogue synthesiser in 1983.  

 

It shared many common components and philosophies with the Roland Juno and Roland Jupiter synthesiser ranges.

 

It's principles features were the 2 digitally controlled oscillators use to generate the tones, limited MIDI control, 32 user memory presets that could be saved to cassette tape, step sequencer and a 61 note keyboard.
